Ensuring Uninterrupted Drug Supply Through Strategic Partnerships

As part of KEMSA's strategic goal to enhance customer engagement, a senior management team led by the Commercial Director Mr. Eliud Muriithi, initiated a knowledge-gathering mission in the Nyanza and Western regions.

The senior management team started by meeting with JOOTRH CEO Dr. Richard Lesiyampe to discuss strategies for strengthening the flow of essential medical commodities to ensure seamless service delivery.

They also addressed effective debt management to enhance KEMSA’s cash flow, which will, in turn, improve stock availability.

The team also met with Siaya CECM Health Dr. Martin K'Onyango and COH Dr. Samuel Omondi on progressive business relationship.

KEMSA reaffirmed its commitment to timely deliveries, minimizing service interruptions, and supporting the rollout of the SHA initiative.
