KEMSA FY2024/2025 Mid - Year Performance Review

KEMSA assessed the progress of its one-year Turnaround Strategy, aiming to identify opportunities to strengthen the supply chain and enhance service delivery.

The five-day session, titled Performance Today, Impact Tomorrow, focused on reviewing trends in critical areas such as Stock Status, Order Turnaround Time, Automation, Financial Health, and Inventory Management.

The Turnaround Strategy was built on the successful implementation of 258 key initiatives, designed to drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and increase transparency.

This consultative forum aimed to generate ideas for improvement measures that will accelerate growth and ensure that all Kenyans have easy access to quality, reliable, and affordable healthcare.

The review comes in the wake of SHA initiative rollout across the country, with KEMSA playing a vital role in the provision of essential Health Products and Technologies.
