Customer engagement and building transformational relationships remain central to KEMSA’s mission. Today, KEMSA's Director of Commercial Services, Mr. Eliud Muriithi, alongside Sales Manager Jackline Mainye and Kisumu County Sales & Marketing Officer Sharon Ouma, held a strategic business meeting with Dr. Richard Lesiyampe, CEO of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching & Referral Hospital (JOOTRH), and members of the hospital board.

The high-level discussion focused on deepening the business partnership between KEMSA and JOOTRH, particularly in ensuring the consistent supply of affordable and high-quality Health Products and Technologies (HPTs). Another key agenda item was the settlement of the hospital's outstanding debt to KEMSA, currently standing at Ksh. 72 million.

Dr. Lesiyampe expressed appreciation for KEMSA’s reliability, responsive service, and commitment to delivering quality at competitive prices. He reaffirmed JOOTRH’s commitment to sourcing from KEMSA and pledged to make monthly payments of Ksh. 10 million towards clearing the debt.

This engagement marks a renewed commitment to collaboration in advancing access to essential medical supplies and strengthening healthcare systems.
