The Kenya Medical Supplies Authority, through its Commercial Directorate under the leadership of Director Eliud Muriithi, has convened a strategic four-day stakeholder workshop bringing together all County Pharmacists from across the country.

• Identify and address challenges related to stock availability
• Explore long-term, sustainable strategies for settling outstanding HPT debts and strengthening financial accountability within the supply chain Deepen intergovernmental coordination and collaboration
• Share best practices and innovations in health commodity management
This engagement is also a key component of KEMSA’s ongoing 100-Day Rapid Results Initiative, which aims to improve the national order fill rate to at least 80%. By fostering a culture of responsiveness, efficiency, and partnership, KEMSA is laying a strong foundation for a more agile and effective health supply chain; one that is fit for purpose and aligned to the healthcare needs of all Kenyans.
