KEMSA serves as the principal recipient of Global Fund grants, overseeing the procurement, warehousing, and distribution of health products (HPTs), earning an 8% service fee. The Global Fund has co-funded the construction of KEMSA's Ultra-Modern warehouse and supports ongoing projects such as upgrading regional depot networks in Nakuru and Eldoret, funding for the Ultra-Modern warehouse, and LMIS improvements through Resilient Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) funding. This partnership underscores a commitment to efficiently deliver vital health commodities and enhance healthcare infrastructure in Kenya.

- KEMSA has an MOU with KEMSA GOK/Treasur y, the principal recipient of GF grant. KEMSA provides supply chain services for GF procurement, warehousing and distribution of HPTs. KEMSA earns a service fee of 8% value of HPTs for procurement, warehousing and distribution.
