The Annual Report and Financial Statements - June 2020 has been published and publicized as per section 81(4b) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012

The Public Finance Management Act of 2012 mandates that the accounting officer of KEMSA (Kenya Medical Supplies Authority) must, at the conclusion of each financial year, prepare financial statements adhering to the applicable accounting standards set forth by the Accounting Standards Board. These statements must be finalized no later than three months after the end of the financial year. Subsequently, the accounting officer is required to submit these financial statements to the Auditor-General, as well as provide a copy to the Controller of Budget, the National Treasury, and the Commission on Revenue Allocation. Moreover, the Act stipulates that these financial statements must be published and disseminated to the public.
